This is a state mandated 4 hour course. This requirement is for classroom instruction. Please allow an additional one to one and one half hours for range and examination time (both required by regulation).
Introduction to Concealed Carry Laws and Regulations.
Interpretation of Deadly Force Laws of Texas as they pertain to self defense, protection of person(s) and property.
Firearms nomenclature, Safety Rules and Regulations, and thorough knowledge of your handgun of choice.
Dispute Resolution, Talking out and finding solutions to potential violent behavior rather than acting it out, and it's ultimate end being a deadly one.
