About Alice

Alice was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. She lived in both Oklahoma and Texas while working for AMR, spending 20 years working for both American Airlines and SABRE. During this time, her excellent customer service and management skills led her to a senior position with SABRE's International Help Desk. After 20 years of service, she retired to open a small business in the Houston area.

Alice's association with Law Enforcement Educators began in 2000, when she married Carl in Houston and moved to Valley Mills. Alice spent a substantial amount of time with Carl expanding and managing the training and education programs. She has also attended all classes taught at Law Enforcement Educators. This helped her improve the courses and allows her to better serve students through her first hand experience as a student herself.

As the business grew, Alice assumed responsibility for managing the gun shop, club and ranges. The skills she honed at AMR proved very useful, with all operations growing rapidly under her management. As Carl was now free to focus his time on training and education, additional courses and instructors were added.

Due to Carl's untimely passing at an early age in 2007, Alice assumed the additional responsibility of managing the training and education programs. She works closely with the instructors to assure that all students continue to receive top quality training programs. Alice is certified by the State of Texas as a CHL Instructor. She is also an NRA certified firearms instructor in 5 different disiplines. Due to popular demand from her female customers, Alice is developing a series of 'ladies only' training classes.

Alice is the proud mother of 3 children, and became a grandmother in 2007. She is also very active in the community and at church. Her interest in working with children led her to leadership roles in both her church youth organization and the Girl Scouts. She has held several church officer positions, including Treasurer and President. Of course, Alice is also active in the shooting sports industry, through her membership in TSRA and NRA.
